Alumna, Popular Author to Speak at Chapel

Westmont alumna Shauna (Hybels) Niequist ’98, author of “Cold Tangerines: Celebrating the Extraordinary Nature of Everyday Life,” will speak at chapel in Westmont’s Murchison Gym Wednesday, Sept. 15, at 10:30 a.m. The talk is free and open to the public.
Niequist, who studied English and French literature at Westmont, grew up in Barrington, Ill. She is currently on a nation-wide tour, promoting her most recent book, “Bittersweet: Thoughts on Change, Grace and Learning the Hard Way,” which was released this summer.
