Student Financial Services 1098T Tuition Tax Form

All 1098-T Forms are processed by the Student Financial Services Office. 1098-T Forms will be sent out via email and mailed to the student’s primary address on file via U.S. mail by January 31st.

Emailed 1098-T Forms will be sent out to both the student’s Westmont email and personal email on file. The email will come from customerservice@unisainc.com.

To update a primary address or personal email, students must send an email to sfs@westmont.edu with the updated information. This request must come directly from the student’s Westmont email address.
